The pizza stone endures high temperature up to 1000 F (540 C), made of all-natural, high-quality cordierite, which gives a rustic flavor with crispy crust. You can use it not only in oven, but also on grills.

HOW TO USE?

1. Before using for the first time, wash the stone with warm water and then dry it thoroughly.

2. Preheat – Place the pizza stone in the middle of a cold oven, switch on the oven to 500°F (260°C) and preheat for about 15 minutes.

3. Bake – Slide the prepared pizza onto the hot stone using a heat-resistant pizza peel. Switch the oven to 400-450°F (200-230°C) , bake 12-18 minutes, check at 10 minutes, continue baking to your liking.

4. Serve – Remove the pizza by sliding the peel beneath the cooked pizza, leave the stone in the oven at least until it is entirely cool.
