15” Rectangular Baking Stone: The stone measures 15″ x 12″ with thickness of 0.5”. It is made of Cordierite and heat resistant up to 1,450℉(787℃). Be sure to measure your grill and oven’s interior and choose a stone that fits comfortably with at least 1 inch of clearance on all sides
Even Heat Distribution: The oven stone distributes heat evenly and maintains high temperatures for consistent cooking to prevent hot spots. No more soggy middles or burnt edges
Absorbs Moisture: The porous surface of the pizza cooking stone absorbs excess moisture from pizza dough, creating a crispy, golden pizza crust
