Why am I burning my pizza?

If you haven’t noticed, this oven cooks at very high temperatures! 1000 degrees will cook your pizza in as little as 90 seconds. You have to be quick and make sure you rotate sides so it cooks evenly. Remember, practice makes perfect pizza!

My pizza is cooking to fast, what can I do for a beginner?

Try cooking at lower temperatures! If 90 seconds is too fast and nerve inducing, lower temperatures will result in longer, slower cook times. You’ll find your ideal temperature with each try, so keep at it!

The oven isn’t as hot as it should be, what’s wrong?

Do you throw food in your kitchen oven and turn it on right after? No! Remember to preheat your oven – let it heat up for about 10 minutes and then start making pizza when its up to the right temperature for you.

Can I use this oven indoors?

We do not recommend using this indoors. Would you use your BBQ grill inside your house with all of that smoke? Definitely not! Always use outside in a well ventilated area.
